DIY Salmon Dog Treats

DIY Salmon Dog Treats:

This is Sienna's favorite treat so far and it's so easy to make (as long as you don't mind the smell of salmon. Train your dog with treats that they love - it makes training so much easier.

Ingredients

1  can of Salmon
2 Cups of Flour
2 Eggs

Directions

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. In a bowl, mix together entire can of Salmon (including the juices and bones) and then use a fork to flake it apart and mashed the bones up.  Next, add flour and eggs.  Now mix it together until it is a big ball of fish goop.  Take a cookie sheet or a pizza pan and line it with parchment paper to keep it from sticking to the pan (or worse burning on).  Flatten out the ball until it is within your desired thickness - thinner = crunchier. Place it in the oven for about 30 minutes (more if you want it crunchier). Once cooled you should be able to cut or break apart the treats! You can store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. I usually keep mine in a ziploc bag to keep the scent out of everything else in the fridge. Enjoy!
